Chilli Powder - a pinch
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tbl spoon
Oil
Salt
Method :-
- Cut brinjal in to small pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add the brinjal pieces, turmeric powder, green chillies, chilli powder and salt
- Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
- Serve as a side dish for rice.
